How to print or download your report
When the month is done, log80 can make a report. You can download a PDF, download a spreadsheet, print it, or email yourself a link. The PDF has a line for your name and a line to sign and date.
This page is not legal advice. Check with your state Medicaid agency. Your state decides who needs to meet the 80-hour rule and what proof it takes.
What is on the report
Each activity, its date, and how long it took. Your total next to the 80-hour goal. Hours by type. It is your record to share with your state Medicaid agency if they ask.
