Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth, provided when you sign up and complete setup.
• Activity records: the work, volunteering, training, and other activity entries you choose to log, including dates, hours, and descriptions you write.
• Exemption information: if you indicate an exemption applies to you, that selection may be health-related (for example, pregnancy or a medical condition). You choose whether to provide this.
• Profile photo: if you choose to upload one.
• Technical data: basic log data such as sign-in times and device/browser information, used to keep the service secure and running.

• To create and maintain your account.
• To store your activity records and generate the reports you request.
• To send account emails, such as verification codes and password resets.
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and fix problems.
• To comply with legal obligations if they arise.

We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketers.

We only disclose information in these limited cases:

• Service providers: the vendors that host and operate Log80 (such as our database and email delivery providers) process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the service, and under contractual obligations to protect it.
• When you choose to share: reports you download or send to your caseworker or anyone else are shared by you, at your direction.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

Log80 does not send your information to any state Medicaid agency. Reports are only shared when you choose to share them.

You can delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option in your account settings.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal information, activity records, exemption selections, and profile photo from our active systems. Residual copies in encrypted backups are deleted within 30 days. After that point, your data cannot be recovered.

Before deleting, download any reports you want to keep — once your account is deleted, we cannot get them back.

We keep your information only while your account is active. If you delete your account, deletion follows the timeline in Section 4. We may keep minimal records where required by law (for example, to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements).

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Access to your records is restricted to your account; our systems use row-level access controls so users can only reach their own data.
• Reports include a tamper-evident record so you can show when an entry was created or changed.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

• Access and correct: you can view and edit your profile and activity records at any time in the app.
• Export: you can download your reports to keep your own copies.
• Delete: use "Delete Account" in your settings to remove your account and data.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA or Washington's My Health My Data Act) may give you additional rights. We honor deletion and access requests from all users regardless of location — contact us to make a request.

Log80 is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Log80 uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as light or dark mode). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of Log80 after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
