Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026 · Laundee LLC (Log80)

This policy is for people in Washington, Nevada and other states with consumer health data laws. It explains how Log80 handles "consumer health data," meaning personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health.

What consumer health data we collect

Only the exemption choice you pick in Log80 setup or your account, if it's health-related (for example, pregnancy or postpartum, a medical condition, a disability, or a substance use treatment program). Any health details you choose to type into notes would also count.

Where it comes from

You. We don't get health data from anyone else.

Why we collect it and how we use it

Only to provide the Log80 service you asked for: to save your exemption choice in your account and show it in your reports. We don't use it for ads, analytics or anything else.

Who we share it with

Only our service providers (processors) that store and run Log80 for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify and Cloudflare (website) and Brevo (only if you email yourself a report that includes it). They may use it only to do work for us. We don't share consumer health data with Meta, Google, TikTok or any other advertiser or data broker, and we don't sell it. We share it with others only if you tell us to, or if the law requires it.

Your rights

You can:

  • find out whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a list of everyone we've shared it with;
  • see it, and change or delete your exemption choice any time in the app;
  • delete all of it by deleting your account (removed from active systems right away; backups within 30 days);
  • withdraw any consent you gave.

How to use your rights

In the app (Account), or email privacy@log80.com. We answer within 45 days (one 45-day extension if needed, and we'll tell you). If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying "Appeal." We'll answer within 45 days. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General (atg.wa.gov/file-complaint) or the Nevada Attorney General.

Changes

If we ever want to collect, use or share consumer health data in a new way, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
