How to check your state's Medicaid rules
Each state sets its own start date and its own steps. CMS says states must start by January 1, 2027, unless they start sooner. The official word is always your state Medicaid agency.
This page is not legal advice. Check with your state Medicaid agency. Your state decides who needs to meet the 80-hour rule and what proof it takes.
What log80 shows
Each state page quotes what that state has published, with a last-checked date and links to the official pages we read. We do not add extra rules.
